Rwandan government has signed with the Russian state-owned nuclear group Rosatoma, a memorandum of understanding that will be focusing on cooperation in the peaceful uses of nuclear energy, according to an official statement issued in Kigali. This is the first agreement between the two countries regarding the peaceful uses of atomic energy, the statement said.
