Traders using Tanzanian ports for imports and exports have been assured of security when transporting their goods through the country.

The assurance was made in Dar es Salaam by the Deputy Minister for Works, Transport and Communication, Mr Atashasta Nditiye, during a business forum organised by the Tanzania Ports Authority (TPA).
