New Sudanese PM sworn in

Sudan’s President Omar al-Bashir has sworn in new Prime Minister Moutaz Mousa Abdallah alongside Second-Vice President Mohamed Osman Kibir at a ceremony in Khartoum.

The move came after President Bashir sacked the 31-member cabinet and appointed a new prime minister in an attempt to tackle the growing economic crisis.
