Ethiopian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Workneh Gebeyehu, reaffirmed Ethiopia’s determination in representing Africa’s common interest on the global arena as its major priority.

The east African country, which is currently representing the African continent at the UN Security Council on a two-year non-permanent membership basis as of January 2017, emphasized continental issues at the helm of its agenda during its two-year stint at the UNSC as well as other UN gatherings, according to Gebeyehu.
