Morocco and Benin have enhanced their cooperation by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on urban development.

The Moroccan minister of urban development, housing, and urban policy, Abdelahad Fassi Fihri, signed with his Beninese counterpart, Jose Tonato, a Memorandum of Understanding on land development, urban planning, housing, and urban policy.
