The Egyptian petroleum ministry has announced a new gas discovery in the Nile Delta area with an estimated production of 20 million cubic feet per day. According to a statement by the ministry, the discovery was made by Petrobel-Belayim, an Egyptian petroleum company which manages gas and oil projects in the Nile Delta area.
