The Moroccan Minister of Digital Economy, Moulay Hafid Elalamy announced on June 23 that the government wants to make use of digital technology to attract MAD10 billion (about $1.04 billion) in Foreign Direct Investments and create more than 120,000 direct and indirect jobs across the country.
This was during his presentation on digital development on the sidelines of a meeting of the National Committee for the Business Environment (CNEA).
