Tanzania’s President John Magufuli handed over the leadership of the Southern African Development Community (SADC) to his Mozambican counterpart Filipe Nyusi, during the 40th Ordinary Summit of the regional bloc.
During the transfer of power, the Tanzanian president praised the bloc for fighting the Covid-19 pandemic.
