Burundi’s President Evariste Ndayishimiye recently met with Tanzanian President John Magufuli in Kigoma where the two countries agreed to build a railway to transport minerals from Gitega.

Addressing the crowd in Kigoma, President Magufuli said that they agreed to build a narrow gauge railway that will help transport nickel from Burundi.
