Egypt lifts 20% cap on foreign ownership of schools

The Egyptian education ministry has scrapped a 20% cap on foreign ownership of international and private schools in the country, according to an official document.

The decision allows schools, registered and based in Egypt, to be fully owned by individuals, funds, or companies with foreign or dual nationalities.
