The National Telecom Regulatory Authority (NTRA) has adopted the regulatory framework for establishing data centres and providing cloud computing services in line with the state’s strategy to support the digital transformation process and attract and increase investments in this field, in addition to maximizing the benefit of Egypt’s geographical location and enhancing its strategic position as a regional and global focal point for data traffic and a gateway connecting Africa and the Middle East to Europe.
