Sierra Leone’s Foreign Minister David Francis has voiced his country’s support for a planned Moroccan-Nigerian gas pipeline project during a recent joint press conference in Rabat.

The pipeline, which has been in construction since June of this year, is expected to run from Lagos, Nigeria to the city of Cadiz, Spain.
