South African energy supplier SOLA Group has concluded a major renewable energy supply agreement with natural resources company Tronox Holdings.

International law firm Pinsent Masons acted as legal counsel to the sponsors and to SOLA, who also received corporate advice from Hogan Lovells on the transaction which attained financial closing on 9 September, having been announced in March.
