ICSID discontinues bid to revive Guinea claim

ICSID has discontinued proceedings filed by a mining group founded by Israeli businessman Beny Steinmetz to revive a US$5 billion ICSID claim against Guinea that was rejected due to “overwhelming evidence” of corruption.
