The Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) has launched the enhanced TaxOnPhone platform, which it says is expected to influence an increase in tax compliance by SMEs.
The authority had enhanced the platform with the inclusion of the payment module which allows clients to make payments for both domestic taxes and customs duties using TaxOnPhone.
