The Portuguese National Communications Authority (ANACOM) announced its partnership with Cape Verde’s Multisectoral Regulation Agency for the Economy (ARME) to improve its telecom spectrum monitoring system. The two partners plan to install remote monitoring stations equipped with software developed by ANACOM on all islands of the Cape Verde archipelago.
