London-listed metal exploration company, Critical Mineral Resources (CMR), has announced locking four new exploration permits in the Rabat and Beni-Mellal regions, covering an area of approximately 80 square kilometres.

According to a statement from the company, three of the four new permits comprise the Meseta Project, primarily focused on copper, a critical mineral that is a key ingredient in the manufacturing of electric car batteries.
