Approximately 131 judgements out of over 400 judgements delivered by the ECOWAS Community Court of Justice (CCJ) have not been enforced.

Mrs. Oluwatosin Nguher, Senior Research Officer at CCJ, speaking at a sensitisation event for law students at the University of Ghana said there was a lack of political will by member states to enforce these judgments.
