Uganda Electricity Generation Company executives have commissioned community development projects in Kayunga District in fulfilment of a promise made in relation to the construction of Isimba Hydropower dam.

These are part of the Shs15bn that was budgeted for projects in Kayunga and Kamuli district that house the 183MW power dam under the Community Development Action Program (CDAP) Phase I.
