The Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program at Sciences Po, in Paris, offers an avenue for highly motivated and capable students from under-represented backgrounds to pursue one of the two-year master’s programmes offered by the institution.

This scholarship programme is open exclusively to students admitted to Sciences Po’s full-time two-year master’s programmes — not one-year programmes or undergraduate studies. To be eligible, applicants must have completed or be enrolled in a bachelor’s programme from a university listed in the reference institution list published by Sciences Po, or be enrolled in a recognised bridging or mentoring programme from an approved institution. In short, the scholarship is tailored for graduate-level candidates who meet academic standards and come from partner institutions or bridging programmes.

Applicants must apply via the standard international graduate admission procedure at Sciences Po. The domestic application route is not open to students seeking the Mastercard Foundation scholarship.
