AYA Launches 2nd Edition of the Mentoring Programme for Young Arbitration Practitioners in Africa

The Association of Young Arbitrators (AYA) has announced the call for applications for her 2nd Mentoring Programme for Young Arbitration Practitioners in Africa. This award-winning initiative was launched in 2018 and received wide commendations from the arbitration community and great testimonials from participants.

 

2020 Mentors: Mrs Funmi Roberts, Samaa Haridi, Prof. Stavros Brekoulakis, Dr. EMILIA ONYEMA, Mohamed Shelbaya, Constantine Partasides QC, Professor Dr. Maxi Scherer, Dr. Khrushchev Ekwueme, Godwin Omoaka, SAN, FCIArb (UK), CEDR Accredited Mediator, Kamal Shah, Dr. Dalia Hussein, Prof. Yassin El Shazly, Prof. Daniel Behn, Nathan Searle, Duncan Bagshaw, Isabelle Michou, Girgis Abd El-Shahid

 

Application Requirements:

(a) under 40 years of age

(b) associates, senior associates and junior partners, with a minimum of 3 years experience in the field of arbitration

(c) be a member of AYA

(d) be fluent in English

(e) send a resume and brief written statement that describes your motivation in applying.
