Mobile operator Expresso Senegal has signed its agreement on the acquisition of the 4G license.

The ceremony, which was be held at the headquarters of the Ministry of Finance and Budget, was attended by the Minister of Digital Economy and Telecommunications, the Director of the Telecommunications and Posts Regulatory Agency (ARTP), and the CEO of Expresso Senegal.
