Algeria Customs has announced the establishment of a new tariff structure as of 1 March.

This new structure affects 375 tariff headings for certain products, DGD explained in a note addressed to its structures. Specifically, the new structure relates to tariff subheadings entitled “other”. The purpose, explained the DGD, is to cover, by specific subheadings, certain products currently classified under tariff subheadings known as ‘other’.
