An UNCITRAL tribunal has rejected a Philippines-led consortium’s US$390 million claim against a Ghanaian state-owned company over an electricity distribution concession that was terminated over allegations of fraud – while GAR understands it also dismissed counterclaims worth up to US$550 million.
